Fine print, plain English

Your privacy, in plain English.

How we collect, use and protect your information when you book a Clarity Call, or get in touch.

What we collect

When you book a Clarity Call, we collect what you tell us: your name, contact details, and information about your loan, property and finances relevant to reviewing your situation. We don’t ask for documents, and the call doesn’t involve a credit enquiry.

We also collect some technical information automatically when you visit the site, things like your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the campaign or link that brought you here (UTM parameters). This is used to understand how the site is performing and to report on advertising.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare for your Clarity Call, review your situation, and get back to you with a straight answer, whether that’s a next step or an honest “not yet.” We don’t use it for anything you haven’t agreed to.

With your consent, we may also use it to send you relevant follow-up information by phone, email or SMS.

Where it goes: GoHighLevel & our systems

Your enquiry is stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship and marketing platform we use to manage follow-up, scheduling and communications. It’s the system behind the scenes when you book a Clarity Call or receive a follow-up message from us.

A small number of other service providers help us run the site and our systems. We’d rather name them than call them “trusted partners”:

  • GoHighLevel: the CRM that holds your enquiry, your booking and any follow-up messages.
  • Supabase: the database behind the online check, hosted in Sydney.
  • Vercel: hosts this website and serves the pages you are reading.
  • Meta: if you arrived from a Facebook or Instagram ad, we tell Meta that a booking happened so the advertising can be measured. Where contact details are included, they are irreversibly hashed first, so Meta receives a scrambled value, not your email address or phone number.
  • Google Analytics: counts visits and shows us which pages people read, so we can tell what’s working. It doesn’t receive your name, email or phone number.
  • Microsoft Clarity: shows us how pages are used, including anonymised recordings of clicks and scrolling with the text masked out, so we can find where the site confuses people. It doesn’t receive your name, email or phone number.

We don’t sell your information to anyone.

SMS & marketing consent

If you provide a mobile number, we may contact you by SMS about your enquiry, your Clarity Call, or related updates, only with your consent. Every SMS gives you a way to opt out (for example, replying STOP), and you can also tell David directly at any time and we’ll turn it off.

The Clarity Call doesn’t involve a credit enquiry, so none of this touches your credit file.

Storage & how long we keep it

Your information is stored securely in the systems described above. As a credit representative, some records must be kept for a minimum period under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act. Beyond that, we don’t hold onto information longer than we need to.

Concretely: where David has provided you with credit assistance, the NCCP requires those records be kept for at least seven years, so they are. If you only ever made an enquiry and it went no further, ask us to delete it and we will. There’s no obligation holding it.

Your rights, access & complaints

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using it for marketing, at any time.

If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, tell us first: see our Complaints page. If you’re not satisfied with our response, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), the independent regulator for privacy in Australia.

The Clarity Call

Find out where you actually stand.

A 20-minute conversation with David about your loan, your equity and your options. It’s a conversation, not an application. No documents, and nothing goes on your credit file. If it turns up something worth pursuing, you’ll have a clear next step. And if the honest answer is ‘not yet’, you’ll hear that too. The straight answer is the point, either way.

Book my Clarity Call

No cost · No obligation · No credit enquiry · A straight answer either way
